Business RecruitmentWe welcome any new business to our Downtown Business District. There are some programs available to help new business for start-up and business expansion. Programs include county revolving loan fund, local economic funds, special business interest rates through our local financial institutions and Western Dairyland Business Development programs. Please feel to contact us for information on the programs that are available. You may also contact the Black River Area Chamber of Commerce and they will also be happy to assist as well. We also have a few buildings and business sites available in the Downtown area. Currently on our business wish list, we are looking for specialty retail shops, bakery, coffee house, theatre and other types of specialty businesses that we feel would be a great asset to our Downtown area.
